Emotional Well-Being during COVID times (In English)
One of the key aspects of Emotional intelligence is Stress Management. It is resilience and ability to cope with changes that are not in our control. Emotional Well-Being comes from effective stress management.
Our resilience is being tested with COVID-19 anxiety. What we have today is unprecedented. People are exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated, dismayed and anxious; to list a few of the top emotions people are feeling, from a very recent Harvard Business Review study. The goal of this round table is to share of what makes our brain happy and some simple somatic and breathing techniques to accomplish that. The participants will have the opportunity to share what works for them.
